At House of Electrons, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality products. All eligible products are covered under a limited warranty of 1 year from the date of delivery, protecting against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Functional issues arising during normal usage

During the warranty period, eligible products will be:

• Repaired, or
• Replaced (subject to inspection and availability)

2. Warranty Period

• The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery
• A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is mandatory for all claims

3. How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim:

• Contact our support team with:
  • Order details / Invoice
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear images/videos of the product

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
In certain cases, the product may need to be sent for inspection.

4. Warranty Process

• Once verified, the product will be repaired or replaced based on the issue
• If a replacement is approved, it will be processed subject to stock availability
• The final resolution will be provided within a reasonable timeframe after inspection

5. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical or accidental damage after delivery
• Damage caused by:
  • Misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Exposure to water, moisture, heat, or external elements
  • Electrical surges or voltage fluctuations
• Normal wear and tear
• Accessories (unless defective at the time of delivery)
• Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or modifications

6. Important Conditions

• The product must be used as per recommended guidelines
• Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser
• Products returned without proper packaging or missing components may not be accepted

7. Relationship with Replacement Policy

• Within 7 days of delivery → Covered under Replacement Policy
• After 7 days up to 1 year → Covered under Warranty Policy

8. No Refund Policy

House of Electrons follows a strict no-refund policy.
All approved claims will be fulfilled through repair or replacement only.

9. Final Authority

All warranty claims are subject to verification and approval by House of Electrons.
The company reserves the right to determine the final resolution based on product inspection.
