  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched through our logistics partners

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days across India
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
    • Location
    • Courier service availability
    • External factors beyond our control

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • A tracking ID via SMS/Email
  • Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s website

5. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate
  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times
  • If the customer is unavailable, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics disruptions

House of Electrons is not liable for delays caused by external factors.

7. Damaged / Tampered Packages

  • Customers are strongly advised to:
    • Record an unboxing video while opening the package
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered:
    • Do not accept the delivery (if possible)
    • Report the issue to our support team within 24 hours

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may face delays or cancellation
  • If an order is returned due to:
    • Wrong address
    • Customer unavailability

👉 Reshipping may require additional charges

  • We currently ship across India
  • Delivery availability depends on serviceable pin codes by our logistics partners
